Established in 2019 by Dr. Kimberly Webb, Lips in the Sipp Medical Spa (previously known as Webb Med Spa) has always prioritized customer and patient satisfaction. Dr. Webb was most recently voted Best Primary Care Doctor in Oxford for 2025. Dr. Webb is an expert in the use of Botox for medical and aesthetic treatments. Dr. Webb and her staff are dedicated to excellence in aesthetic procedures and believe in putting the patient first.

Dr. Webb brings twenty years of experience and a love of aesthetic procedures to Oxford, Water Valley, and surrounding communities. Born in Jackson, Mississippi, she grew up in a small town in the South Delta, Louise. Dr. Webb graduated from Ole Miss, did her postgraduate training at Kansas City University of Biomedical Sciences, and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. She is actively board certified with the American Board of Family Medicine.
